i have a very strong craving for a McRib, which is strange bcause i've never actually eaten a McRib.
today i will eat a McRib and i will post later with the verdict.
EDIT: it appears as though that fickle McRib has left again. i guess i will have to wait for its next tour of duty.

The BEST rib sandwich I've ever had, though, without question... is from when I went to Flying Hills Elementary. They'd serve a lil' pressed-rib-patty sandwhich, and it was delicious. I would trade people my Nintendo games for their rib sandwiches (and pepperoni pizza) for a month. I'd rate that school's food program a 10 because it actually tasted like food.
And, because I got a job working in the cafeteria (they let you skip out on class for 40 minutes if you took some kid-food-handlers program, and volunteered your lunch time), I used to stack about 5 rib patties on my bun and squish it down flat. Nobody was none-the-wiser.
The Santee school district's food program, though? It'd rate it a 1. The time I found ants under the cheese in my pizza at Rio Seco... that's what killed it for me. You guys will never know elementary school food awesomeness.
