When does your tax year end again? Ours was up on the 5th, it means we don't have the huge rush of people trying to make capitals gains / losses at the last possible second (hell, we usually take 4,000 dealing calls on an average Monday, I think two weeks ago we spiked around 12,000 - wasn't pretty). However we still have the usual inrush of idiots "What do you mean I can't do stuff for the last tax year.. can't you backdate it?"

It could be raining...
Or you could owe $55,000 like my Aunt. There's always a brighter side of things, even if that brighter side is looking over at your neighbor and saying "yeah, taxes were bad this year, but at least I don't owe the government a metric asston of money like that poor sap over there..."
*Hugs* Things'll get better. If you need to talk, you know where I am.

I'm not really concerned about my own taxes. I'm a stock broker in a call center environment and work sucks ass from December to April. Including metric ass tons of overtime. I'm kinda at the end of my rope this tax season.

The first person who tells me that "it's only one more week!" is going to get marlin spiked. Ugh.
