So being sick and having to be on medication had me pumping and dumping which allowed me, for a short time, to drink no-no's while boobie milking i.e.  mocha frappacinos with shots of espresso ( high in caffeine, a no-no for babies); some wine (worked a wine dinner where me and my gay were sampling those featured); and energy drinks which I used

Based on appearance, and risking getting busted for solicitation, I've got to go with Ho Hos. I can't speak as to taste, but the flaky frosting analysis makes me think I've got to get me down to a street corner.
