Crappy Halloween . . .

My favorite holiday on the calendar was . . . well . . .

- at work from 9:30-5:30
- early wake up left me sleepy all day
- did loophole the rules by being in a dress-code fitting costume (see photos)
- said costume was only identified correctly by five (5) people all day
- work consisted entirely of setting up Christmas (!!!) merchandise
- rushed home

Look at it this way: Halloween here consists of too-old Portuguese people vandalizing the American's homes, demanding candy, messing up their cars, and running down the little American kids and taking their candy from them. Pisses me off. It's not even their holiday!!!! Arrrrrgggghhhhh. Sorry yours sucked, though. =)

Lol I guess I should of invited you to AUM's Halloween party which wound up being a self segragated party with one group dancing to non-Halloween music while everyone else was across the hall in another quiet cooler room hanging out in protest (ignoring the fact many just left after realizing the DJ that was told to play Halloween music played anything but). Some chick had the nerve to say well we have to play what pleases the most people. I said have you looked around? Over half of the people have either left or are now hanging in the quiet room. Thriller -that's all I asked for. I think that's a reasonable request. So yeah I got home in time to catch the last sliver of Ghost Hunters. Yeah... everyone I know had an -eh Halloween. And yeah I wore cat ears and a tail to work and my boss and I were the only ones in costume. There's a reason why I love Karen and AUM ILL Dept. laters! Hope things get better for ya!
