My bass player lives there, though I seem to be more involved in things than he is LOL! The people who live, work and play in the space organize things from art shows downtown, to crazy house parties, rent out studio space (art, dance, music) and are constantly getting involved in various community projects.
It's tons of fun, very gratifying and a great way to keep your life busy with like minded people!
