Got up at 5am this morning, got out to the track at 6am. Today I was able to do 1.5miles in 16 minutes, that is up from around 20 minutes when I first started. I don't know if it actually is the shoes, or if it's just a coincidence, but today nothing on me hurt when running. I'm still at 280lbs, been there since Friday. Even though I eat a good
