Sorry for the late reply, but if you don't know already, you're in a city called World's End.

My name is Eileen Galvin and I'm a part of what you could call the welcoming committee. My job is to make sure the newcomers have all the information they need to get settled. The welcoming committee is a branch of the Task Force, which works like law enforcement. So if you have any problems, getting in touch with them would be your best bet.
