I know of several others who were not humans before they arrived here. Being in the form of a human seems to be a requirement of this world.

"Amph~! Ampharos phar! Ros?" (Oh hi there! You know that Judai person? That's that guy my trainer was talking about that one time. And he's talked to him a few times, too, with this thingie! Am I using it right?)

It would appear Denyou borrowed Manjoume's Pokégear when he wasn't looking/was off doing something with one of the others. You'd think he would have been keeping it under tighter watch ever since that darn balloon took off with it the other day (luckily Ojama Purple eventually caught up with Kikyuu), but... yeah. At least Denyou is trustworthy... well, more than that Drifloon, anyway...]

[Given that she doesn't speak Pokemon, all Yubel does is stare at that in confusion.]

["Ampharos! Amphar phar pharos!" (I'm an Ampharos! My trainer named me Denyou - he said it means 'electric sheep' because I used to look more like a sheep than I do now and I'm an electric type. It's a nice name, don't you think?)

And to demonstrate what he means by electric type, he cheerily and out-of-it-ly (if that's a word) summons an electric charge in the paw that isn't holding the Pokégear - not much, but enough to be visible. Thunder Punch is good for that.]

[Luckily this isn't in person, or Yubel would likely presume that it's being hostile. Instead, she just stares in confusion. This must be one of those Pokemon things; she can figure that out easily enough. But why it's even trying to talk to her is beyond her. The humans, she can understand. But these things? That's going to take some doing to figure out.]
