It is the 20th anniversary of the SNES, which is perhaps my favorite console of all time. It's kind of tough to say, since my memories of those days are only getting foggier. So rather than focus on just the SNES, I'm going to recount my memories of all the major Nintendo consoles; basically how I got them and what I thought of them, how I used

I love listening to other people's experiences with the NES as they were growing up. Most of them are older than me, though, as I was born right before the SNES was released. It's thanks to my older brothers, and my parents of course, that I even got to play one.

Even after all of these years, my Mom still remembers and hums the Bubble Man theme...well, parts of it at least.
