Admittedly, I've been living under a Buffyverse-shaped rock for years, so I have to ask... What is Critical Role and why do you like it so much? (Yeah, I know I could just a Google it... But hearing you talk about it will be more fun and also, you might like doing it?)
It's a web series that consists of a group of friends playing long and elaborate Dungeons and Dragons campaigns. The regular players all happen to be voice actors. I think I started watching it because I was curious about D&D as a form of collaborative storytelling, and it's definitely one good example of a story-oriented, roleplay-oriented style of D&D (there are other D&D podcasts and series out there, especially since the success of Critical Role; here's a shorter one that I thought was pretty neat, if you're curious about what the format looks like

Thanks for explaining! That sounds like something I could get into as well if I had more time (which sadly, I haven't). I have never played D&D myself, but it's something I'm sure I'd enjoy doing.
