Oh, wow. This is excellent. I'd love to see this Astrid on the show, someone with her own agenda waiting it out until the right moment. Very, very nice work.

I hope she has some sort of agenda; my friends and I were saying that we have no idea why she is still working there because she is most likely not being paid enough to babysit Walter and Gene. Thus this Walter-killed-her-mom theory was born.

This was awesome! I'd been wanting more Astrid fic, something to flesh out background and the beginning of this totally fit the bill but the twist at the end makes it especially great.
