I feel like an ass. Have you ever had one of those moments where you realize you've been spelling the same word wrong your entire life? Yeah, I just had one of those and it sucks. I feel so inadequate. I don't even want to talk about what word it is or any of the specifics, it's just too painful. seriously

oh dear, better tell me what word it was bc i may be misspelling it as well!! I know many brilliant people however who cannot spell. You shouldn't fret :)

I've always spelt hamster that way too, it's a very deceiving pronunciation. I used to use a 'p' in 'dreamt', too (watch out for that one)
