Halloween Dance <3

The Halloween dance was off to a great start. There were pastel orange and pruple floating punpkins and candles. The same colors adorned the tables.

The elves had outdone themselves with the food and the music was loud and everyone was having a good time.

Alfie let Lottie take the first shift in the DJ booth so he's making the rounds. He's won four stuff and he's giving them away. He's saving one for Flora and one for Sofie but he's has two available.

He took a punch break and he ready to dance in a moment.

He loves his over the top rockstar Lestat costume. Not many can pull off like green jackets with feathery cuffs but Alfie can. Surprise. And the eyeliner suits him perfectly.

Oh wow, he looks so hot. How dare he? Val puts on a smile and tries to look unbothered while "accidentally" bumping into him. "Oh hi, I didn't see you there."

Yeah, right. He totally saw her preparung to come over here. It's kind of adorable, honestly. "Yeah, here I am. And there you are," he leans in to kiss her cheek. "You look beautiful, you know that?" He hands her plush dragon. He'd intended to keep this one but he wants her to have it. "want this?"

Val takes the dragon, it's so cute. And he's so cute! "I guess so, if you don't want it." She doesn't want to appear to eager.

Lottie's DJ set went well, even when she got a bit bored forty minutes in and started trying to fulfill requests for the challenge of it and Vaughan had to yell up at her that if she played one more unapproved song no amount of scratching the swears out was going to save her from detention and quidditch be damned--which seemed kind of like a hypocritical way of phrasing that to Lot, honestly. Apparently, thinly veiled allusions to oral are only okay when they're in mid-tempo ballads by one Riley Bones. Okay. Fine.
Lesson learned, she played out her set and left it all for Alfie's capable hands to take over. She'd wanted to split the night in half so once her set was done she was good and free to go from DJ Lottie to pirate Lottie. The outfit is a standard mildly sexy pirate thing, with a long coat and big feathered hat, but she and Arlo had knocked it out of the park with her sword. Very technically she had a hilt, and the hilt just happened to sit at the end of a very cool illusory blade that looked like nothing so much as pure

Val bounds over to Lottie and hugs her. "You look amazing and the music is amazing. And I think you're amazing." She might have taken some Euphoria she bought off of a seventh year Slytherin. The one War buys weed from.

"Val! Hi!," she returns the hug and laughs at the other girl's enthusiasm, "You look amazing! I could see you being sparkly from up there. I like your dress."
