Coworker: (teasing disgusted tone) Oh god!
Me: Oh god what? Oh god I look gorgeous today? Is that what oh god means?
Coworker: No because then I'd have to say oh god everyday.
Me: That's like the only nice thing you've ever said.
Coworker: That's 'cause you're an asshole.

Yes I even really appreciated the asshole bit

Kindred spirit here. I love the sarcastic joking like that. I have that kind of relationship with most of the people that are close to me.
And that is a pretty awesome compliment!
