He thumbled a moment with his key before swinging the door open. "I just need to wash up first Annie" he called out as he immediately went for the stairs.

She took her time in the kitchen, not sure how long Mitchell would be and not wanting to bother him while he did whatever exactly it was doing.
Because she could never make only one cup she made one for them both then went back into the living room, trying not to let her imagination run away with her. She knew he was a vampire after all, so she had at least a vague idea of what sort of thing was likely to be the problem and she could cope, because it wasn't really Mitchell's fault was it?

Mitchell stripped off quickly washing off the last of the blood on his skin he threw his clothes into the washing basket and made sure he was clean before grabbing a fresh shirt and jeans.
Clean and fresh he started at the blood water that was now running out of the sink and down the drain.
He ran wet hands through his dark hair before letting out a deep breath and going back down stairs looking fare more relaxed than he'd felt only a few minutes ago.
He walked into the living room and smiled seeing the tea. "Thanks Annie"

"So this bad thing?" she asked, not convinced Mitchell was going to talk about it unless she pressed things a little.
