Yes. I have bits of the paragraph describing him floating in my head from listening to the audiobook before bed, and he's definitely handsome to ladies.

Yep, I totally forgot about that. I've unearthed my copy and am going back to add the descriptions of the characters from the book, something I intended to do originally, but I didn't have the book at hand.

I KNOW, RIGHT? Ellen Page is the only person I can really envision as Door. A couple friends argued that she's American, to which I say psssssh. Georgie Henley could do an excellent job, but she's not quite sixteen. Maybe in five or six years. As I said, I kinda ship Richard/Door, so having Door be fifteen would be icky.

Yes. Croup should be very small. But that means that Vandemar should just be enormous.

I love your choices. :) Also, Richard's fear of heights is much like mine. I can't walk by balcony railings, because I'm afraid one day I might give into the urge to jump off and see if I can fly.

I did more in my cross-posting to castlisting, my little comm that has like five members. Mark Sheppard and Robbie Coltrane as Croup and Vandemar. Yes? And Bill Nighy as Lord Portico.
