I have one to add -- in order to run as the Senator from the state of (ND, AZ, MO, etc) -- all your campaign funds MUST be raised from persons and companies living/located IN THAT STATE.

Instead of requiring people to vote, make them get a license to vote. In order to drive, you need to prove you read the "rules of the road" and get a license. In order to cut hair in a shop, you need a license. In order to peddle vacuum cleaners door-to-door, you need a license.
