Thoughts on Neighbours.

So yeah, I've been watching Neighbours again this week. I know, I know, that's something of a pathetic admission given the current state of the show, but I always feel that it's best to confess things before they end up getting out of hand. Not being Australian, you wouldn't realise that the new Dad is of course Angel from Police Rescue. It's therefore impossible to watch Neighbours now, without thinking he's going to be rescuing someone who's fallen down a cliff in the next scene.

I like Jim Shelley, who used to do the SoapHead column in The Guardian. It's the gold standard of TV criticism.
