Troubling Ideas

I was in the grocery store today, and I started to think dangerous thoughts.  As an afterthought, I'd decided to buy some applesauce.  The applesauce was on sale: $1 for 24 ounces of applesauce.  Seeing as how I often find myself in the position of being out of applesauce when it's really needed, I decided to grab four jars (I was away from my cart ( Read more... )

I agree. Nothing is better than some apple-sass. I like it heated up with some of those red hot candies that look like little hearts. OR you could bake with it.

Clearly the answer is to make a lot of pork chops. While I've never actually had pork chops and apple sauce, it's supposed to be good eatin'. I paid too much for a pork chop and apple reduction or some such at a restaurant once, and it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. I extrapolate that pork chops and plain ol' apple sauce must also be good.
