First day of Uni for the year. Glad to report that all my lecturers seem to know their stuff. History of Sex and Reading Sexuality seem, at this point to be pretty darned frustrating which is amixed blessing, methinks. One of my tutes is taken by the viking lady, erin should know who I mean I think. She's a bit history geeky, bless her cotton

ooh, what's-her-name! katrina someone-or-other. She was okay. but she was a bit geeky, and not in a very cute way. and she cornered me at the end of semester and asked why i hadn't been to class in weeks, and why i had handed in a sub-standard essay, and made me feel bad.

yeah, she seems to want to make everyone understand how cool medieval history is, which is a challenge.

you're doing Reading Sexuality?? How is it beside being frustrating? I'm thinking about picking up that subject.

Ummm, very theory based, the 1st lecture seemed a bit fucking obvious, but it was a first lecture. My tute didn't excel itself in terms of large numbers of confident intelligent people, tutor seems ok. very queer based theory, seems ok really, but for me very much like lots of gender subjects and covering a lot of prior stuff, again.
