I wish I had something more to say but I can just say I'm sorry and can somewhat, sort of relate in that Nov 30 would have been my sister-in-law's 40th birthday. It just stirs up memories of her life, and how unfair it is that she is gone, and her children (her twins are 4 now and her oldest is 6). I guess I think it is a time to celebrate the fact that the were born and had the life they did have, and have children to keep their memories alive. Just judging from your post, maybe letting peole know why you're down could be better than trying to put a smile on your face.
