Bit late this week as I've been at a convention all day, but here's your squee post for A Town Called MaliceMercy, which is on at 7.35pm GMT

This was an interesting episode. What, on the surface, seemed like a good old Western romp turned out to be what I felt was a rather well-handled examination of war and one's actions and/or purpose during and after it. I was reminded very strongly of the Star Trek: Voyager episode 'Jetrel', where Neelix meets the man responsible for the weapon that destroyed his home and murdered his family. It perhaps wasn't explored as fully as in Voyager, but then Star Trek does have an older average audience than Doctor Who and this can be pretty deep subject matter for kids who aren't anywhere near taking GCSE History yet.
Incidentally, I recommend watching 'Jetrel' if you haven't already, if only for Neelix's harrowing monologue about consequences.
