Well, we've been here in Providence for almost 2 weeks now and our furniture and boxes finally came last Sunday. You don't realize how empty a house is until you've spent seven days sitting on hardwood floors, watching a 13" TV on the cardboard box it came in.    Well, after trying and trying and trying for the past two or three weeks, Aviva finally turned from her back to her belly today! Of course, I was ten feet away in the bathroom brushing my teeth and Neal was asleep, so no one but the dog saw it, but that's okay.    Neal, Aviva, the dog, the cat, and myself all made it safely to Philadelphia on Tuesday. It took us two days to get here and involved a TON of driving. I absolutely hate driving any long distance and it was nine straight hours both days - ugh! Once we pulled into Neal's parents house, I went in and took a nap!   It's been quite a few weeks for the Olitsky household. As we were in line to check our bags on the way back from Seattle, Neal received a job offer from UMass Dartmouth - the school he really wanted. So, the following week we flew out to Philadelphia yet again, dropped Aviva off at Neal's parent's house and drove up to Providence to house hunt. ( Read more... )

  Neal, Aviva & I are heading out for Seattle on Friday. Two of Neal's friends from Oberlin are getting married and we both enjoy them very much!    I was at Target about a week ago or so and the check-out lady asked me how old
Aviva was. I told her that Aviva was almost 3 weeks old and she asked me how she
