there is discussion in the new hampshire senate to increase the age of adult prosecution back to eighteen. while talking about that, on WEVO, somebody mentioned how there's also been a proposal to lower the legal age of consent to marry to sixteen that will be considered by the senate soon

actually, RU486 and emergency contraception are different things. RU486 is an abortion pill.

And incidentally, while it CAN be used up to 64 days after conception, it is typically used pre-conception. As a "morning-after pill".
