Drake wasn't a bar person in general. Bars were a little too rough for his taste--for instance, people got into bar room brawls in bars, and he hated peanuts.
But one of his very old friends from when he had first moved to LA some 5 years ago was playing a show with his band, Steel Member, and boy, had he cringed when he heard the name.
So here he was, sitting in some semi-gross bar in LA, perusing the jukebox.
