Well I have realised perhaps some of you think I am...a bastard for various unfair reasons.  So I am offering a free house of sorts this weekend. Like a party? At my apartment with drinks and everything. If you have sex in my house I will get miffed so hopefully you can keep yourselves calm for one night?
