My second time in the Bartlett Courthouse, pretty much the same as before. Many black people arguing seatbelt infractions that were given to them because of their race. A white girl who had missed court 6 times, for no apparent reason, was told to pay 2000 dollars. And a name from the past, i think it is the same guy i knew back in the day...he
