Your OB needs to be given the finger and have a copy of "What To Expect" shoved up his ass.

If there is another OB nearby that your insurance covers, you should at least go to see him to see how he does. If he/she takes a look at your chart and goes, "What the fuck was that other guy thinking???" then keep 'em. ;)
