Cactus!

I just completed my very first metal cactus. It's a 3 foot tall prickly pear, and it looks great, if I do say so myself. Okay, it's technically not done, since it does not yet have glowy wire on it, but all the bending and cutting and welding is done. I'm so excited! Maybe I'll do a barrel cactus next, or work on designing my saguaros.

Rah, metal plants!

So I'm thinking about working on my parasol. I'm going to pick up the semiconducting bits either Friday or Monday. Are you still willing to let me work in your workshop / mooch on your spring steel? (That sounds so dirty.) If so, what weekday evening next week might be good for you?
