If you set up WordPress on your own server, you can draft posts ahead of time. In the interest of keeping the LJ audience, you can set your posts to also post to LJ with ljsynch: a plugin for WordPress. That's how I do it.

Or you could use an offline tool for composing LJ posts (such as Ecto) that'll let you wait until the time is right to publish.

Then again, you could just write the shit in notepad and copy and paste it when you're ready.

if you have physical proof that you created said work before someone else's. And then you create your patent/copyright, warn them once, and fine them a second. They may end up owing you money for displaying your copyrighted work with out a license/seat/your permission.
