One facet of the WTO thing I've left completely out of the picture is motivation. If you've heard the arguments or don't care, I apologize (not really. You don't have to read this, so don't). Prior to around my birthday a year after GW took office I wasn't terribly into the political system we have here, it's pretty ragged and hasn't adapted
