I can't think of an instance of ܝܗܘܗ being used off the top of my head (which doesn't mean it isn't; just that I haven't yet come across it). Most common in the Church of the East is ܝܗ, and I think I've also seen ܐܗܝܗ a couple times. Shbadnaya also uses ܐܕܘܢܝ once, glossing it as the Hebrew name for God.
