Three months into being a parent, the gender politics of parenting continue to amaze me.  Most new fathers I know want to be active in their child's life, and most of them are comfortable doing things that previous generations considered "women's work", such as feeding and diaper changing and that kind of thing.  Still, the "daddy daycare" attitude

ummm... that high chair doesn't look too safe to me....

LOL - it's actually a lot safer than the pic makes it look. It sits flat against the chair you put it on, and there are straps tying it to the bottom and sides of the chair (as well as a baby-sized seatbelt).
