Sorry there's some drama going on, but I wish you extreme amounts of happiness, and I hope we'll get to hear all about the new guy.

Thank you.

The new guy will be as Assesments. Will you? This will be his 2nd SCA event ever, so go easy on him.

On a very different note, may I see the reports you had to turn in back when you were MOAS so I know what I have to generate after Assesments? Yes, I'm MOAS now, despite not knowing any arts or sciences.

Unforunately I cannot be at Assessment. I am in Maryland for the summer, and I have a show up that weekend for which I am required to work. It also means that, all my paperwork being at home, it is difficult for me to find it for you. I'll see if Thomas can dig through my files and locate the MOAS folder, and I'll see if I have copies in my e-mail folders, which I probably do.

I'm not sure whether to offer congratulations or condolences on being MOAS. If you come in knowing nothing then you have as much training as I did. The only advice I have to offer is; be available, ask for help, don't be afraid to say no to anything. Make it your own. Apart from kingdom laws, you don't have to do it the way anyone else did, and starting fresh is probably the best thing for the barony. Best of luck!

I'd send you my books, but I sent them to Leslie, and they were old and outdated anyway. I echo Leslie's sentiment on MOAS. I spent 6 years there and have mixed feelings about the administrative aspects of the SCA.
