Steve Spohn has muscular dystrophy. He is also an avid gamer. With a bag of rice, some duct tape and Xbox 360 controller parts, he is working with a video game accessory company to keep himself in the game.

This is really cool.

I haven't gotten a chance to read it yet (I just saw it mentioned at a panel at Wiscon, but http://www.ablegamers.com/ seems to be really geared towards that kind of thing).

Didn't the NES have a control you could move with your chin and press buttons by blowing into a straw?
