On the car front

OK, the insurance company says the owner of the license plate is listed as Paul Biesenberger. Of course, that doesn't guarentee it's the right guy. We could have the plate number wrong or it could have been sold. Has anyone heard that name?

Should you maybe give the info to the Ellis County Sherriff? This is considered a "hit and run", right? Or at the very least, "leaving the scene of an accident." He shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. If the description of the truck or person don't match the person with that name, then so be it... but the Sherriff can find out for sure.

I am hoping to avoid pulling in police. I have this nasty habit of believing the best about people till proven wrong. If he doesn't come clean I'll talk to the cops. Thanks for caring!
