I use the firefox add on 'stumble' You list interests then it takes you to different pages within those categories on a random basis. If you want you can have it learn your preferences so that the pages you go to have a greater 'success' rate. this lead me to a Buddhist mediation course. I am finding it helpful.

A course on meditation; as in a form of prayer, contemplation. as in practising to be fully present 'now', instead of reacting to the past, or worrying about the future. The only thoughts that change things are the thoughts we think 'now'. Reactive thoughts tend to be associated with fear. (about identity or circumstances and are mediocre in strength)When we practise 'presence' or 'mindfulness' we are powerful in change. Does this clarify enough or to much?
