My birthday
I am very glad to be 46! I have congruency with who I want to be; I am becoming more every day. I have many hopes for the next few years. I am going to fullfill some of my most cherished dreams. Meditation is
todays thought on meditation that was helpful was that the purpose of meditation is to accept what is. Posture was also examined. I am doing many things positively. I am looking forward to this weeks practise. I had missed several days due to excessive Internet use. -
