I have a new niece today - yesterday, technically. Alyssa Nicole was born on August 25th at 6:25 pm, weighing 6 lb 12 oz. Mother and child are apparently well. No other information is currently available. I'm asked to go down to see them, but I don't know when I can this week

Congratulations! I think... babies freak me right out, but you seem cooler with people of all sizes and stages of completion, so I assume you are okay with them, too. Go when you have some time free; you will have many years to develop a relationship with the kid, and your sister is probably exhausted right now, anyway.

Well, Dena and Noah wanted their newest tiny Winston Churchill lookalike, so I'm happy for them. I don't know that I'd want one of my own at this point. These are very different questions =P
