What a day.

Statistics:  Listened to Mark talk about when the person he asked to go to JA with him choke on a pretzel. Statistics is so unbelievably easy. Everything that there is, you can do on your calculator and their are no real restrictions. I can come to class and work on physics or whatever I need to get done and Wusterbarth won't care.

Here's the story they gave me at Christian camp:
In Hebrew, the original language of the bible, the word for "day" is very similar to the word for "undetermined length of time." So there may have been some confusion about how it was translated, and that day that it took God to create life may have been billions of years, allowing for some time for the dinosaurs to roam before humans came around.

But I ended up an agnostic, so I'm probably not the best one to ask anyway.

Yeah, Physics test tomorrow. Wusty hinted at one, but I think he meant for later. Not totally sure, though.

There still is BC and AD though. The bible does explain events that have happened in a reasonable amount of time. Not likely, something that happened a billion years ago.

Being a christian myself although not as devout as many and with the church teaching the events and history of the bible, I
Just wanted to see what other people's viewpoints were.
