Its fun... you can use any oil as the "fat", then use a scented oil and maybe a scrub like oatmeal.
There are lots of recipes. When I was running the sandwich shop for the ARC, I had a guy in the building that I used to run tests for. He had some very interesting tries. I had one that was olive oil base w/violet scent, and cornmeal. It was good but sometimes messy... the corn meal...

Yeah, in Fight Club, the "two" main characters break into a waste containment area behind a liposuction clinic.

They process the "rich lady fat" and make soap. Then they turn around and sell it back to rich ladies.

Weird.
