001 - Video post

[The video opens to one sharply dressed man in sunglasses and a red suit, lounging on a white couch with a red rubber ball in his hands. He throws it off screen, and one can hear a thump before it bounces back to him. He looks and sounds like he's incredibly bored.]

[Lea doesn't put too much thought on the ball, not yet anyway. He just figures someone else grabbed it.]

Well, what I'm doin' is learning new things. There are a bunch of people around here who know all sorts of cool stuff- magicians and warriors and stuff.

But hey, that's me. So sue me if I like the idea of magic and stuff.

Depends on what you'd be interested in, I guess.

[Thump, thump, thu-. Oh, someone's speaking to him. The man raises his head as the ball comes back to him out of nowhere, looking at the camera with a smirk.]

Magic? Like pulling rabbits out a hat? Sawing people in half? That sort of stuff?

[That has Lea smirking; since when does he get to educate somebody? Leaning back- he seems to be sitting on a kitchen counter somewhere- he shakes his head.]

Nah, nothing so lame! Gotta think more fairytale magic.

Like merging a bunch of stuff into one thing with a clap of the hands. Or healing a dislocated shoulder with just saying a word. Or making fire appear in your bare hand.

[As if to demonstrate, he holds out his hands and concentrates. A crackle, snapping- sparks are starting to burst to life in his hands-]

[...And then they fizzle out.

Lea glances to the side, ears maybe a light red.]

I-I just started learning, like, not even a week ago, so...

Well...there's always...[Or so she was going to say, but...that was creepy.] Are you alright?!

[The ball suddenly bounces back onto his lap, and he raises up his head,looking confused.]

Oh, sorry about that. I must have dozed off there, didn't I?

Y-yeah...but the ball...it was moving on it's own! Did you see it?

[theothersissel]

Was it? I just fell asleep, so...

[He looks at the ball on his lap, and it is still an ordinary ball. A shrug.]

Looks completely ordinary to me.

[...well that ball trick is pretty creepy. But Raenef's not focused on that. Oh no, he's looking at the guy he's not expecting to see in that couch.]

Oh, you're still here, Mr. Siss? I thought you were finding a way to get out.

[theothersissel]

[The ball suddenly jumps back into Yomiel's hands, and he seems to wake up, looking at the camera.]

It's Sissel. And no, I still haven't found a way out, unfortunately.

[Have a beaming smile from this end of the SFC]

I guess you're stuck with us for a little while longer, huh?

[A sigh.]

I guess I am, for the time being.

Who knows? The only interesting thing around here is the food.

[At the moment, she's slurping down what looks like a chocolate shake. And yes, she looks just as bored as he does.]

[A smirk.] Looks like someone's made herself right at home.

Did you expect me to freak out like all those other idiots who have been showing up?

Well, that does seem like the most popular thing to do. But you're not the type to follow fads, I'm guessing?

Depends on what you like doin', I guess.

[A scoff.] Believe me, if the things which I liked doing were here, I would be doing them right now.

Guess you're shit outta luck, then. So either you find something else ta do or sit on your ass and do nothing.

And that is precisely why I'm asking for ideas. Doing nothing is so terribly boring.
