Quadrants full? C'mon, Terezi, you can't seriously decide who to be friends with based on a couple of silly quadrants. Why don't you make your own or something? Then you could be friends...er, "moirails" with whomever you want to be.

It means that you go and find the person you like and spend time with them.

Unless your feelings for him are over and gone with, however.
