 I entered a few poetry contests and I won 2 of them!!!... Both of my poems are going to be published in a book!.. I also have a chance of winning $5,000!!! :-) For one of the contests 12,326 people entered and out of that they only picked 224 people and I was one of them! I'm so happy!!! I already pr-orderd the 2 books and I should be getting them

yea those poetry contests...bunch of bull shit...they just want your money...i entered it twice also, and won both, got them both published in a book, bought one of the books. and i was chosen to read my poem at sum thing sumwhere, but u gotta pay to get your award and shit. crock of shit...dont waste your money on that shit. im not saying you cant write poetry, bc ive never seen any of ur writings, im just trying to let you know that those poetry contests just want to pull u in and take ur money. sorry if that kinda puts u down. but im not trying to say u cant write, just getting that through. im sure ur a good writer. just watch ur back.
