Last night when I was trying to go to sleep I kept waking myself up from clenching my teeth. It was causing me pain. Then I started thinking all these really terrible thoughts about myself and my life. And I called my friend Yasmin and she listened .. but what can anybody really say or do to help you know. Anyway... she got off the phone with me
