Okay..here's your lesson. In Japanese, the language doesn't really have an r. The L and R are more or less intechangable. So oftentimes when they are using english words *slang called Engrish* they switch the r with an l to make it fit in. So basically long story short...they switch R with L. So with that said...here's a pixture from a japanese

Yeah, I knew that about the japanese language, one reasoon being that one of the girls I work with is from japan, and she has such a hard time pronouncing the name "Laurel". By the way that link didnt work when i tried it. Hum, now I'm curiou sto knwo what it was.
