Tonight I had dinner with very wealthy men. This is no stretch of my imagination - these are fellows that my uncle knows through business who were drinking each other under the table with toasts of "may your business continue to prosper." fancy dinners, eh? I still remember that dinner with you and your dad where you wouldn't allow me to order what I wanted to order, just because it happened to be the cheapest thing on the menu and the only thing I understood. Anyway... that's interesting that China is out of gas. I haven't read that before.

well, there's a good chance it's not the entire country, just this particular region. And yah, I remember the dinner too - I still tell people that lobster story. :)
