Our upstairs neighbors' HVAC unit has been leaking into our condo. Luckily none of our stuff was damaged, but now we have to remove the walls and carpeting and it is going to be a big pain because we have mold growing in the walls. The leak became a dump on the 11th and that is when we noticed it, but the insurance company wouldn't let us do
