i am twenty five years old today.
twenty five years ago, my mother was my age and had a child. that could have been me in another life.
i have lived a quarter of my life.
my skin is firm, my hair is long, my body is strong and flexible. i heal quickly. my eyes are bright, my smile is genuine. the evidence of these smiles will continue to manifest on my face year after year.
i stay up late. i try to be healthy. i love to use my muscles to hoop and to dance and to swim and to fuck and to feel
.
i am a student, a daughter, a friend, a granddaughter, a neice, a cousin, a partner in crime, an ex, a classmate, a coworker, a nerdface, and a snugglepants.
i am a seeker, a creator, a striver, a thinker, a wisher, a dancer, a hugger, a rejoicer, a worrier, and a reader.
i am in love with a wonderful and beautiful boy.
i am so fortunate to have experienced everything that i have
i am so thankful for this time, and look forward to being myself and becoming myself. i will not worry about aging.
