Good thing I got my break after the last call. The agent had to be told a minimum of 5 times what each field is to fill in for the bypass log on to get into our site and change her password - when that didn't work I changed her password manually and then she still couldn't choose a new password. On our system the password we give out expires immediately, the agent still had to choose a new password. She didn't seem to know where to click or even how to click - she kept getting the right click menu! Argggh - In the end the secretary at her office had to help with the password change. But I still had to let out a little stress and hit my wrist rest against my desk!
